Eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per month. Annual and transaction limits apply.*
Patient Assistance Program
Eligible patients who cannot afford their drug costs may receive COMETRIQ free of charge.†

At your request, Case Managers can help with:

- patient journey status updates

- benefits investigations
- prior authorization assistance
- appeals support and proactive follow-ups
